Davros

Davros was a Kaled scientist who was considered to have one of the finest scientific minds in existence, having experience in surgery, genetic engineering, chemistry and computer programming. During his time as the supreme commander of the Elite Scientific Corps, he was responsible for the creation of the Daleks, a race of genetically conditioned Kaled mutants housed in armoured travel machines.
