Lucy Marmer was a 43-year-old victim of an Arcateenian serial killer who took the form of a human prostitute named Mary. Marmer was attended by duty doctor Owen Harper at the accident and emergency department of Cardiff General Hospital in September 2001. When the girl (case 4291) was brought into the hospital, the recently qualified Harper wanted to throw up.
