The United Nations (UN) was an international organisation that aimed to facilitate peace and cooperation on Earth. It contained multiple subsidiary organisations to carry out its mission, including an independent intelligence organisation known as the Unified Intelligence Taskforce and a health agency known as the World Health Organisation. Decision-making bodies, including the United Nations Security Council, gathered in New York City. The UN's most prominent position was Secretary-General of the United Nations.
